Of all his tools, he is especially loyal to the Enneagram — a powerful framework for seeing how we unconsciously limit ourselves, and how not to.
Josh is proud to support many women in both startups and venture capital, as well as minority leaders whose inner experience isn't well understood by their peers. Josh helps these leaders navigate gender, race, and identity dynamics that complicate the stresses of leadership.
